Weekend DIY Edible - Baked Egg Cups

When I was little, I always looked forward to weekend breakfasts because that was when my mum would make us all cooked breakfast with eggs, sausages and toast . These days I can't have a full English breakfast without feeling happy.

So I love any variation on the theme, like this fun take on eggs and ham. Try these baked egg cups for a tasty morning meal (or just as a snack!).
